Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C,, make no promise that our Website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

The content of our Website is presented, "as is", and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our Website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.

We have taken great care to ensure that the Items on our Website are presented as accurately as possible. However, colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate.

Website Terms

We may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions. Please read the terms and conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the Website.

Eligibility

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. 

Orders

When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable.

Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.

The Website may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

Pre-Order Items

Get early access to desired collections ahead of the official launch. Pre-ordering ensures that you will secure the item before it sells out. Once your order is placed, we will deliver it to you as soon as it’s available.

Delivery of Pre-Order items are subject to availability.

Your Pre-Order item can be cancelled at any time prior to delivery, or up to 14 days after receipt. All refunds will be issued in line with our Returns Policy

Payment

We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. We may also offer a payment in instalments option via third party providers (each a "Delayed Payment Provider") on orders above 1000 AED and subject to you meeting the Delayed Payment Provider's eligibility criteria and entering into a contract with the Delayed Payment Provider. Payment will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type.

AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C provides all possible payment options for our customer's convenience. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card or Apple Pay, we may request additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card with photo, in order to confirm your order. For payments made via a Delayed Payment Provider you may be asked to provide additional personal documents and be subject to credit checks. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments. AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, reserves the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof) if it suspects there is fraudulent or suspicious activity. The Website is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes to your payment options on the website (or any portion thereof). It is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, in order to get the payment options reactivated. Our website may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties and which are there for your convenience. We have no control over, assume no responsibility for, and do not endorse or verify the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services (including for the avoidance of doubt any Delayed Payment Provider). We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content posted on our website or our Apps by anyone other than us. We strongly advise you to read all third-party terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Instalment Payments

We may offer the option to convert your purchases into monthly instalments subject to the Terms & Conditions of your bank. This option will be made available to you at the time of Secure Checkout where you can select the period of time over which you want to spread the payments for the purchase along with any fees or interest, if applicable. We may also provide instalment options through Delayed Payment Providers. The type of delayed payments on offer plus the eligibility requirements may differ depending on the vendor. Use of a service offered by a Delayed Payment Provider is subject to the vendor's terms and conditions and we shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Delayed Payment Provider. These payment options will be made available to you at the time of Secure Checkout where you can select the period of time over which you want to spread the payments for the purchase along with any fees or interest, if applicable.

Please note that if you return or cancel an item where you have opted to break the purchase price into instalments, then you must contact your bank to cancel the instalment plan or address any processing fees that may apply. If you have paid using a Delayed Payment Provider, your refund will be processed in accordance with the vendor's terms & conditions. 

PayPal Payments

Orders completed through PayPal will be redirected to a PayPal page.

Prices

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED, and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.

Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.

The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes and duties apply (if any). Please refer to our Delivery section for further details on delivery options.

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes

Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. They are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Dubai Deliveries:

  • We use 3rd party couriers for deliveries.
  • Our aim is to have the order with you in 3 hours or less.
  • For same day delivery, you will need to order before 3pm Dubai time.
  • Last deliveries will be made no later than 7pm. 
  • We deliver everyday excluding UAE Public Holidays.
  • Returns are accepted on full price & sale items within 14 days of purchase. Refer to Returns Policy for more details.

UAE, GCC & Rest of World Deliveries:

  • We use 3rd party couriers for all our international and UAE deliveries.
  • We ship worldwide, to almost all destinations. Contact us for more information
  • An email with tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
  • AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, is not responsible for any duties or taxes you may be charged.
  • Any post-shipment services, such as change of address or re-scheduling of delivery, would be at the customer's expense.
  • Returns are accepted on full price & sale items within 14 days of purchase. Refer to Returns Policy for more details.

General:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Whilst we will do our very best to get your order to you within those times, on the rare occasions, order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays — during this time, 3 hour delivery and next day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on any UAE public holiday will be processed on the next UAE business day.
  • Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
  • Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.
  • Your order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability.
  • Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us.
  • Any items held in your basket, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
  • AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C will not provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Pre-Order Delivery

  • The above table of delivery times does not apply to Pre-Orders. Your item will be shipped according to the expected release date, as indicated on the product page of the item. 

Address Changes & Tracking

  • Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.
  • Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is confirmed. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order by following instructions that will be provided in the order confirmation email.

 

Returns:

    • We offer FREE returns for UAE orders ONLY
    • Full refunds are available for all full priced and sale items within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • If you would like to make a return for a full refund, you will need to send us an email to let us know what it is you would like to return and we will arrange a FREE pick up for you. 
    • Any items returned to us after the 14 days will be denied any form of refund or store credit.
    • In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us in the following conditions:
      • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable, original condition
      • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner attached. 
      • The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
  • Once we have received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund is issued.
  • AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatching to a customer and so any detachable belts, designer packaging or dust bags etc must be included with your return. Items will arrive with security tags on, if returned without the security tag or if the seal has been broken, we will refuse the return. 
  • Any excessive activity with regards to returning or exchanging items will be reviewed by AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, and can be refused at our discretion. However nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.
  • All refunds will be processed the same day we have approved your returned item and can take 10 working days to reach your account. The refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at aina@ainaalice.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have been sent a wrong or faulty item.

How to Return International Orders:

A Returns Sheet is provided with each order containing instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. Alternatively, customers may contact our customer service team by emailing aina@ainaalice.com for further information.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. As we are based in Dubai you must return items through a courier service, as any returned items sent by local postal companies will not reach our address. Any items that are not received by AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items as the items are your responsibility until received by us. All duties and taxes that you might be charged are not at the responsibility of AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C.

Shipping Fees Refunds:

  • We will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred with the original delivery. If after returning your items you fall under the AED 500 threshold, we will deduct the AED 25 delivery fee off of your refund. This means, for example; if your original order comes to AED 600 and you weren't charged a shipping fee and you return one or more items from your order and after returning them your order value then falls to AED 400 we will then deduct the original delivery fee of AED 25 when processing your refund as you have fallen below the AED 500 threshold to redeem free delivery. Exchanges

  • We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.

Order Cancellations:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Product Liability

By placing an Order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer and that we carry no product liability for those items save as described in the Returns section in relation to returning the products and refunding the price paid (where applicable).

Title to Goods

Title to the items in your Order will pass to you on the later of the day on which: (i) you pay us in full for those items; or (ii) the day you receive the items. Risk in the items in your Order passes to you on delivery to the address detailed in the Order.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your use of the Website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark or other intellectual property rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including our software, HTML or other code contained in the Website. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Website is typically protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by us or the licensor of such Content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, linking, commercially exploiting, copying and use of the above listed materials on any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.

In addition to the Intellectual Property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Website. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on the Website accurate and complete but we cannot promise that Content is error-free. We also do not promise that the functional aspects of the Website or Content will be error free or that this Website or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that you have up to date virus checking software installed.

Our Website may include hyperlinks to other websites or resources operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any pages that are not on our Website or their availability. At the time of publication on our Website, all product descriptions are believed to be accurate. We also strive to represent the products on our Website as accurately as possible, however colours and resolution may vary depending on your monitor’s display. All measurements and weights are approximate.

Nothing contained in these Website Terms shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between us.

No Waiver

Any failure to exercise or any delay by either party in exercising its rights or remedies under these Website Terms shall not be construed as a waiver thereof. The rights and remedies provided by these Terms are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and all disputes arising here under are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
