Dubai Deliveries:

  • We use 3rd party couriers for deliveries.
  • Our aim is to have the order with you in 3 hours or less.
  • For same day delivery, you will need to order before 3pm Dubai time.
  • Last deliveries will be made no later than 7pm. 
  • We deliver everyday excluding UAE Public Holidays.

UAE, GCC & Rest of World Deliveries:

  • We use 3rd party couriers for all our international and UAE deliveries.
  • We ship worldwide, to almost all destinations. Contact us for more information
  • An email with tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
  • AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, is not responsible for any duties or taxes you may be charged.
  • Any post-shipment services, such as change of address or re-scheduling of delivery, would be at the customer's expense.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Whilst we will do our very best to get your order to you within those times, on the rare occasions, order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays — during this time, 3 hour delivery and next day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on any UAE public holiday will be processed on the next UAE business day.
  • Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
  • Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.
  • Your order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability.
  • Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us.
  • Any items held in your basket, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
  • AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, will not provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Pre-Order Delivery

  • The above table of delivery times does not apply to Pre-Orders. Your item will be shipped according to the expected release date, as indicated on the product page of the item.

Address Changes & Tracking

  • Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.
  • Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is confirmed. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order by following instructions that will be provided in the order confirmation email.



    • We offer FREE returns for UAE orders ONLY
    • Full refunds are available for all full priced and sale items within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • If you would like to make a return for a full refund, you will need to send us an email to let us know what it is you would like to return and we will arrange a FREE pick up for you. 
    • Any items returned to us after the 14 days will be denied any form of refund or store credit.
    • In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us in the following conditions:
      • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable, original condition
      • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner attached. 
      • The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
  • Once we have received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund is issued.
  • AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatching to a customer and so any detachable belts, designer packaging or dust bags etc must be included with your return. Items will arrive with security tags on, if returned without the security tag or if the seal has been broken, we will refuse the return. 
  • Any excessive activity with regards to returning or exchanging items will be reviewed by AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, and can be refused at our discretion. However nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.
  • All refunds will be processed the same day we have approved your returned item and can take 10 working days to reach your account. The refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.


Damaged or Wrong Items:


  • If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have been sent a wrong or faulty item.

How to Return International Orders:

A Returns Sheet is provided with each order containing instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. Alternatively, customers may contact our customer service team by emailing for further information.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. As we are based in Dubai you must return items through a courier service, as any returned items sent by local postal companies will not reach our address. Any items that are not received by AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items as the items are your responsibility until received by us. All duties and taxes that you might be charged are not at the responsibility of AINA-ALICE TRADING CLOTHING AND GARMENTS CO. L.L.C, 

Shipping Fees Refunds:

  • We will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred with the original delivery. If after returning your items you fall under the AED 500 threshold, we will deduct the AED 25 delivery fee off of your refund. This means, for example; if your original order comes to AED 600 and you weren't charged a shipping fee and you return one or more items from your order and after returning them your order value then falls to AED 400 we will then deduct the original delivery fee of AED 25 when processing your refund as you have fallen below the AED 500 threshold to redeem free delivery.   • We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.


Order Cancellations:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
